AARP is the nation’s largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering Americans 50 and older to choose how they live as they age. For 2021, they had a focus on providing valuable content and resources to its caregiving community. To accomplish this, AARP Turnkey Programs worked with UNINCORPORATED to design and produce three webinars; a one-part webinar in July, and a two-part webinar in November.
Historically, attendee feedback had been mostly positive, but there are some who feel their time wasn’t valued and felt the content didn’t meet their individual needs, so we worked closely with the AARP Turnkey Programs team to create engaging, simple, and interactive content through the lens of human-centered design and active learning frameworks.
After the July webinar, the feedback was extremely positive with an NPS score 13 points higher than any previous webinars. We look forward to taking what we’ve learned and applying it to upcoming webinars in November.
