About

AARP is a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals aged 50 and older to live their lives to the fullest as they age. Known for its advocacy, AARP serves nearly 38 million members, providing them with valuable resources, information, and programs that address their health, employment, and social needs. AARP engaged UNINCORPORATED to develop a webinar series aimed at supporting their Caregiving team, designed to educate and engage caregivers on various pertinent topics.

The challenge

AARP needed to enhance its educational offerings for caregivers during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the content was both informative and relatable. The challenge was to create webinars that were engaging, educational, and resonated with the real experiences of caregivers despite the fact that we could not gather in a studio.

Strategy

To address these needs, we developed a series of five remote webinars, each featuring expert interviews on key caregiving topics. We introduced two major innovations:"Caregiver Stories,"which included interviews with real caregivers to illustrate and support the webinar content, and upgraded the visual components of the webinars with clearer, more appealing, and on-brand graphics.

Results

The revamped webinar series significantly improved engagement and satisfaction among participants. The integration of real caregiver stories and enhanced graphics made the content more
accessible and impactful, providing caregivers with valuable insights and practical advice in an appealing format.
